2. Scope of Application

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipped with Swiss Post. Estimated delivery: CH 2–5 business days; EU 4–12 business days (customs may extend). Customer is responsible for accurate address data. External delays do not entitle compensation.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (unworn, unwashed, with tags; announce by email before returning).
