What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including:

Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations are possible up to 2 hours after placing your order, as long as it has not yet been processed. Please contact us as quickly as possible by email and include your order number. After that, we can no longer guarantee any changes. info@9-am.ch.
I entered the wrong address – can I fix it?
Shipping address changes are possible until the order has entered processing, typically within 6 hours after placing the order. Please contact us immediately by email and include your order number.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

📦Shipping & Delivery

My order is incomplete – what should I do?
Contact us at info@9-am.ch within 48 hours.
We may ask for photos of the package and shipping label.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and method. Please check our shipping policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Switzerland and countries within the EU.
No international shipping outside the EU at this time.

💸Returns & Refunds

How can I return an item?
Please email us at info@9-am.ch within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll provide you with the correct return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are not available. Please return your item and place a new order.
What items are non-returnable?
We cannot accept returns for:
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Return shipping costs depend on the situation:

Customer responsibility
For returns due to change of mind, wrong size, or any reason not caused by us.

We cover the return shipping
If the item is:

  • damaged or defective upon arrival
  • incorrectly delivered
  • significantly different from the product description

Please contact us before sending anything back and include your order number, so we can assist you with the process.
